Rick needed by Alexandria: The Walking Dead Season 5

Introduction

Rick returns to Alexandria and finds himself in an unknown place where he is lying on the mattress. Michonne is observing Rick while sitting in the chair. At that moment, Glenn and Carol along with Abraham come to meet Rick and enquire about the details of the fight. Glenn informs Rick about the Deanna hosting a meeting and further, Carol suggests that Rick will tell them about all the information other survivors want to know, that Rick was trying to save and protect Jessie and her son from Pete.

Importance of Rick for Alexandria

In the last episode of the walking dead season 5, at night, everyone is present for the meeting but Rick and Glenn were missing. Deanna wished to proceed with the meeting but felt odd as Rick was absent. However, no one knew that Rick was absent as he had a feeling that there is a walking dead zombie roaming in the town loose. He was searching for the walker so that he can catch him and kill them swiftly. Rick continued to kill the walkers and Carol spoke on behalf of Rick in the meeting. While Rick was struggling with the walkers, Abraham also spoke next at meeting and then Maggie spoke about her peace. Later, Deanna spoke about the experience she had with father Gabriel in the church and told everyone that Father told her not to trust the group of survivors. Further, when someone was speaking against Rick, he came forward to the meeting and threw the dead walker body on the floor in front of the gathering and informing that the main gate of the meeting room was open and there was no guard present. The speech given by Rick was great and he told about the living and dead will constantly try to emanate and occupy his place.

Finally, Deanna gazes Rick and tells him to kill Reg, Deanna’s husband. Rick shoots on the head of Reg and then observes Daryl, Aaron, and Morgan who were also watching Rick and the walking dead season 5 comes to an end.
